My game is borked

The new Hallovin town would be coming along nicely… if my game was working properly. But its not. I’m finally admitting this to myself.
A few months ago, I got a new computer, and tried to install The Sims 3 on it. The base game worked, but the expansions and stuff packs wouldn’t. Base game alone, it worked fine, but I couldn’t play with World Adventures, High End Loft, Ambitions, or Fast Lane. But after messing around with stuff for a few weeks, I’ve gotten it so that it works with either Late Night or Generations. I would go back and play on my older computer, but it doesn’t even work there.
I think the problem is related to the new computer’s graphic card, but I’m not really a techie and don’t know how to fix it myself. I’m still trying, but until then, there won’t be any new Hallovin updates. I am, however, going to try my hand at a DiFT challenge, which can be found here.
